Ivan brings product, architecture and engineering execution. At Nova he leads the building side: Nova Backbone, the reusable modules and the engineering that turns a client’s workflow into a reliable product the client owns.
Software that runs a business should belong to that business. Frideric and Ivan founded Nova to make that practical: a shared backbone so nobody rebuilds the basics, and a senior team beside you so the product becomes real. Their roles are complementary: one leads the business, product and partnership, the other the architecture, engineering and Backbone.
