Truck tours planned from the day's orders
Delivery rounds proposed automatically from open orders, while the transport planner keeps the final say.
The problem
Deliveries are planned on paper, by experience, in fixed rounds per day and region. Each truck has a limit on pallets and stops, and every stop takes unloading time.
Order weight isn't visible in the ERP, so the planner has to estimate how much fits on a truck. That knowledge sits with a few people, and a conflict often only shows up when the truck is being loaded.
The journey
Orders are ready
Your systemsOpen orders for the coming days are read from the ERP.
Load is calculated
NovaWeight and pallets per order are worked out from the item data.
A proposal per round
NovaOrders are bundled within the fixed rounds, respecting the limits on pallets, stops and unloading time.
Conflicts are flagged
NovaA round that doesn't fit is shown with the reason, rather than solved silently.
The planner decides
Your teamThe planner moves orders between rounds, chooses route and driver, and confirms.
Customer time slots stay manual
Your teamDelivery slots at large customers are still booked by the team, based on the confirmed plan.
Nova's solution direction
Proposals, not a black box
Every round shows why orders were combined, so the planner can check and adjust it quickly.
Your rules made explicit
Limits and regional rounds move from people's heads into rules the team can see and change.
Built on your order data
The ERP remains the source of truth. Nova adds the planning layer on top of it.
Proven before it grows
A prototype is measured against real planning days, with a yardstick agreed upfront.
Anonymised use case, based on a real brief in our studio. Names and identifying details have been left out. It describes a solution direction, not a measured result.
